School-Age Family Advocacy
Within the Health Education and Family Engagement program areas, we offer a comprehensive collection of programs that support underserved youth and their families.
The Center has Family Advocates and Community Liasons that work on school sites and in the community to conduct outreach and provide support to students aged 6-14 and their families.
Services include outreach, family advocacy, information and referral, as well as educational workshops regarding health, financial literacy, civic participation and effective parenting practices.
Call our Family Advocates at (415) 892-1643, ext. 227 for more information.
