Novato Wellness Center
Novato’s only school-linked health center is centrally located right off Grant Avenue at the Novato Wellness Center.
Located at 1767 Grant Avenue next to Lucky Supermarket, this program of the Novato Youth Center has been providing low and no cost health services for teens, adults and families since its opening in 2006.
Confidential services are offered in English and Spanish, and staff is LGBT knowledgeable and experienced.

Novato Wellness Center’s 5th Year Celebration
Join us September 16th from 3 - 7pm to celebrate the Novato Wellness Center’s 5 years of operations. This youth planned event will include food and beverages, youth bands and speakers, Zumba dancing, and a tour of the Center. Click here for the event flyer. Open to people of all ages.
