The Novato Wellness Center (NWC) located on Grant Avenue opened its doors in October 2006. The NWC offers a weekly drop-in teen clinic, targeting youth ages 12 to 19, and more. The clinic offers reproductive health services, case management, mental health services, drug and alcohol counseling, and nutrition education, with bilingual and bicultural youth and adult staff.

This is the first wellness clinic for teens in Novato. Youth involvement is an integral component, with participants incorporated in every level of the center's work, from outreach and registration, to delivery and evaluation of services. NYC is fiscal agent to this project.
